A Message to our patrons about Coronavirus (COVID-19)
As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact us in new and significant ways, I’d like you to know that all of us at David City Chiropractic share your concerns. The health and safety of our patients, clients, employees and the community we serve have always been top priorities at David City Chiropractic.
We are committed to meeting your health and wellness needs and wanted to take a moment to remind you that we are here to help you through these trying times. Because I believe that chiropractic is an important part of staying healthy, our office is open for usual hours to help all of you with any body problems that may pop up and with supportive/maintenance care to keep your body and immune system as strong as possible. We will keep our doors open to serve you until the Governor says that we must close.
We will continue our standard practices to help protect those that need/want chiropractic care:
- Have and use hand sanitizer at multiple stations around the office with the doctor using sanitizer between patients.
- The Doctor and staff frequently wash their hands with soap and water throughout the day, which we already did before the virus scare, we are now more purposeful.
- Clean adjusting stations between patients.
- Frequently sanitize solid surfaces and fixtures of the lobby and front desk.
In addition to the above, we are scheduling patients in a manner to avoid overlapping appointments to reduce our patient’s community exposure.
As beneficial as chiropractic is to the overall health and immune enhancement of an individual we ask that those who are running a fever to stay home and not expose others; whereas we would normally encourage patients to get adjusted during episodes of feeling ill to help their recovery, there are just too many unknowns regarding COVID-19 (corona virus). We do welcome and encourage those without fever to stop in for needed crisis care and supportive care to help enhance their well being.
